Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Alexandria. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for crafting our iconic cakes and pastries, while working closely with our kitchen management team to maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and other sweet treats
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality products
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to drive business growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and feedback

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a production kitchen or patisserie
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
