Job Opportunity
As a key member of our diverse team in Perth, you'll make a positive impact on someone's life every day. You'll work with a range of stakeholders to proactively manage end-to-end workers compensation claims, including disability management aspects within the legislation or policy in a Self-Insured environment. This role involves coaching and escalation responsibilities, and you'll be an integral part of our team's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve optimal outcomes and minimize claim costs within set timeframes.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to progress strategies and actions.
- Assess liability and recovery aspects relevant to legislation or policies, while undertaking ongoing reviews of entitlements and payments.
- Proactively manage rehabilitation providers and approval of rehabilitation plans/wellness plans in accordance with self-insurance guidelines.
- Conduct health promotion activities to enhance customers' wellbeing and empower them to participate in their own treatment and recovery.
