About the Role

Auswide Bank is seeking a skilled Home Lending Support Officer to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our Home Loan & Broker Support Centre Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our existing home loan customers.

We are looking for a confident and lively individual with a caring attitude towards people. You should be a self-starter with a positive outlook and able to maintain a high level of energy. Previous experience in customer service, home lending, and/or contact centres is essential.

As a Home Lending Support Officer, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound telephone calls and electronic enquiries from our customers. You will act as a case manager to ensure a positive, efficient, and effective resolution for all home loan maintenance enquiries and requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication
  • Provide timely and accurate updates to customers regarding their home loan enquiries and maintenance requests
  • Champion change and improvement across the customer's home loan journey

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong written and verbal communication skills. You should be able to work within a team that has clear purpose and be willing to develop knowledge and apply it to solving problems in a professional and positive manner.
