We are seeking experienced Support Workers who share our passion for supporting individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to clients in our SIL accommodation in Highton, Victoria.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 1+ years experience in disability, community services, or similar
  • Experience working with clients with Autism, Intellectual disability, and impaired cognition
  • Experience working with youths with challenging behaviors
  • Willingness to support clients with personal care, medications, community access, meal preparation, domestic chores, and mealtime assistance
  • Certificate III or above in Disability Support or similar
  • Availability to work 20+ hours per week and a rotating roster including active nights
Mandatory Requirements
  • Valid Victorian Driver's License
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Valid First Aid Certificate and CPR
  • Manual Handling certificate
  • Medication Administration certificate
  • Victorian Working with Children's Check
  • National Police Check (obtained within last 6 months)
