About the Position

Permanent Part Time Night Shift positions available at one of our homes.

You will work a rotating fortnightly roster with shifts starting at 9.30pm and finishing at 7am.

Week 1: Tuesday and Thursday Night Shift

Week 2: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday Night Shift

A comfort to our residents, a leader to the team – being a great nurse is all about how you make people feel. On a typical day, you'll:

  • See to our residents' medical needs.
  • Put together clinical documentation.
  • Be a leader to staff, helping them to grow.
  • Be a health and safety role model.
  • Take pride in what you do and maintain the highest standard of work.

You'll be someone who is empathetic and who's previously worked in an aged care home. You'll also have:

  • A real desire to make a difference in people's lives.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • At least 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in aged care, community, or hospital nursing preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and make clinical decisions during night shifts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents, families, and the care team.
  • Commitment to delivering person-centred care and supporting a positive team culture.
