
New Business Sponsorship Driver

A key role exists within our organisation for a Business Development Associate to drive and acquire new business sponsorship opportunities. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads and prospecting over the phone, preparing and delivering compelling sales pitches and proposals, negotiating contracts and closing sales to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with C-Level audiences to generate leads and prospects.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet targets.
- Create and execute strategic sales campaigns.
- Nurture new and existing client relationships.
- Sales experience: 1-2 years of proven B2B or B2C sales experience is essential.
- Proficiency in HubSpot software tool and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoy a guaranteed base salary plus a commission structure.
