Job Title: Customer Service Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced customer service professional to join our team as a Customer Service Officer.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our residents, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. You will work closely with the Village Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the village, managing resources effectively and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also have experience in client-facing and/or administration roles, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Raise and process invoices
  • Check resident fees
  • Generate monthly reports
  • Enter and maintain resident information in PeoplePoint
  • Assist with sales and/or rental units by coordinating village tours and follow-up sales leads

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Diploma/Degree relevant to the job role or equivalent knowledge & experience
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Good communication skills - written and verbal
  • Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong initiative and creative problem-solving skills
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Demonstrated understanding and appreciation of our organisation's values through interactions at work
