Job Title: Senior Property Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Analyst to join our National Industrial Capital Markets team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing, marketing, and negotiating the sale of industrial properties across the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial and cash flow modeling for industrial assets and compile information for use in submissions, pitches, and information memorandums.
  • Coordinate comprehensive financial and technical due diligence and assist with handling associated enquiries during campaigns, including lease reviews and outgoings benchmarking exercises.
  • Research and analyze relevant market information and intelligence.
  • Manage key data sources of the team, including sales data, valuation data, operating agreement data, and other sector-specific data.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the Industrial Capital Markets client group, including institutional and international clients.
  • Assist in the development of the opportunity pipeline.
  • Prepare client progress reports on campaigns and attend client meetings.
  • Actively assist in pursuing new appointments to act for organizations, focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses likely to result in ongoing opportunities for Colliers.
Requirements:
  • University degree qualified and real estate license/certificate.
  • Intermediate level with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS-Project).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to converse with all levels of staff from senior-level management to technical staff.
  • Understanding of the local industrial property market and current trends.
  • Ability to work competently to achieve key milestone dates.
