About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Analyst to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our high-performing team, you will be responsible for providing analysis and asset management reporting to support our client's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with general asset management and maintenance of portfolio databases
  • Monitor external property managers and assist in internal and external valuations
  • Prepare budgets and financial modeling of assets, as well as assist with cash flows
  • Provide high-quality analysis and reporting to support business decisions
Requirements
  • Appropriate tertiary qualification in a relevant field
  • Experience in property, finance, banking, or a similar field
  • High financial aptitude and commercial acumen
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft suite skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
