About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at SA Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the provision of professional, high-quality nursing care aimed at improving patient health outcomes.
- Maintain cooperative and productive working relationships with all members of the healthcare team.
- Implement appropriate nursing care and assist with general and specialized procedures from nursing care plans.
- Plan and prioritize your own work program to achieve defined outcomes and exercise judgment when required to solve problems arising in your work area.
- Provide verbal and documented information within your scope of practice to patients, other healthcare team members, and members of the public.
- Contribute to your professional expertise by maintaining ongoing personal professional development and continuing education through a portfolio of post-enrolment learning.

Requirements
- Be enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Hold or be eligible to hold a current practicing certificate.
- Have experience within the boundaries of your education and skill preparation, capable of providing nursing care in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
- Have effective verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to work well within a multidisciplinary team environment.
