As a key support to the Store Manager, you will play a vital role in implementing the store's strategic vision while leading and nurturing a team of Customer Advisors. You will be an integral part of the team, demonstrating strong operational governance skills. Collaborating closely with the Store Manager, you will foster a high-performing team environment by coaching and empowering team members to meet operational goals and achieve performance metrics.

Role Details

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our vibrant team on a full-time basis. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your leadership capabilities while working in a dynamic retail environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members
  • Guide the store team to achieve and surpass sales targets
  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries and escalations
  • Act as the Store Manager's right-hand person, stepping in as needed
  • Implement business initiatives to meet financial and customer service objectives
  • Inspire and motivate the team, promoting a positive store culture
  • Organize the store layout and manage team schedules to align with customer demand

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in a retail leadership or assistant management role
  • Proven ability to energize and drive a retail team to exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with a diverse team
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, particularly in customer service scenarios
  • Excellent communication skills to support the Store Manager during transitions
