Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Model Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of the architecture practice, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and further advance your career as an emerging BIM expert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily BIM model workflows, office standards, and projects.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with consultants and sub-consultants to ensure project success.
  • Report directly to the BIM Manager (interstate).

Requirements:

  • A degree in Architecture or a related field, with experience in BIM model management.
  • Proven track record of working in a similar role within the built environment.
  • Strong experience on local projects, including health projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of Revit and experience with BIM model setup and clash detection.
  • Friendly and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and detailing skills.
  • Able to work on multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proactive with a can-do attitude.
