Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Career Development Associate. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer enquiries via various communication channels. This includes navigating ERP and CRM systems to provide efficient support, as well as communicating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer enquiries across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer complaints and concerns.
  • Navigate multiple software systems to access relevant customer information and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in administration or retail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication style to suit diverse customer needs.
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to positive working relationships.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.
