Emergency Medicine Specialist Role

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality emergency care to patients, working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient outcomes. A key aspect of this role is the ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary framework and contribute to improving health outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Primary medical degree registrable with AHPRA and Fellowship of the Australasian College of Emergency Medicine
  • Recent and comprehensive experience in Emergency Medicine
  • Scholarship skills to maintain medical professional development and assist other staff
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) with patients, students, and other healthcare professionals
  • Leadership experience, management capability, and involvement in safety and quality improvement
