The Tasmanian Health Sector is seeking a highly skilled Data Entry and Rostering professional to join their team in Hobart.

This exciting opportunity sits within the largest department of all Tasmanian Government agencies, responsible for hospitals, ambulances, public housing, community health, and related areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong data entry assistance and in-depth knowledge in rostering to assist the planning and programming team.
  • Utilize high-level Excel skills to support data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and rostering tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Work semi-autonomously in a small team environment.

Requirements:

  • High-level Excel skills.
  • Experience in rostering - essential.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work with a team.
  • Systems savvy and able to follow instructions.
