Lead Educator Position

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a shared educational vision focused on providing high-quality learning outcomes.
  • Set and maintain high standards for student and staff performance.
  • Foster partnerships with parents, other government agencies, and community groups to drive collaborative working environments.
  • Analyse data to inform teaching practices and drive continuous improvement.
  • Embed general capabilities and cross-curricular priorities into the curriculum to equip students with knowledge, skills, and dispositions for success.
  • Align curriculum planning to the Australian Curriculum and K-12 Framework.
