- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a shared educational vision focused on providing high-quality learning outcomes.
- Set and maintain high standards for student and staff performance.
- Foster partnerships with parents, other government agencies, and community groups to drive collaborative working environments.
- Analyse data to inform teaching practices and drive continuous improvement.
- Embed general capabilities and cross-curricular priorities into the curriculum to equip students with knowledge, skills, and dispositions for success.
- Align curriculum planning to the Australian Curriculum and K-12 Framework.
