Job Overview

We're looking for a skilled Machine Learning Specialist to join our Data Engine team and contribute to the development of high-quality AI products.

The Data Engine team is responsible for creating large-scale, labeled datasets that fuel our machine learning models. We're working on a self-improving system that optimizes both model training effectiveness and labelling resource allocation.

Great AI starts with excellent data.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create and optimize backend services, APIs, and databases that support our ML data workflows
  • Design and maintain sophisticated labeling and data systems using Python, SQL, Kubernetes, Argo, and GitLab
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop seamless workflows across diverse ML applications
  • Mentor junior engineers while promoting collaboration and operational excellence
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience building scalable software systems (ideally in ML/MLOps environments)
  • Strong proficiency in Python and distributed systems on Linux
  • Proven track record with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and production optimization
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to work closely with data scientists and engineers
  • Bonus points for experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Snowflake, and AWS services
