We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to take on a leadership role within our team at Right At Home Gold Coast Northern Rivers. Key Responsibilities- Manage clinical rosters, including brokerage and ensure timely delivery of care services
- Support monthly clinical meetings and contribute to the development of care plans that meet HCP and NDIS standards
- Train and develop staff, including RNs, ENs, and Support Workers, to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care
- Assist with after-hours clinical directions and attend to RN services as required
- Work collaboratively with the Management Team, GP's, Support Coordinators, Allied Health, Specialists, and Discharge Planners to achieve optimal client outcomes
- Current AHPRA registration
- Bachelor of Nursing
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Minimum 2 years Nursing experience (Community Nursing experience not essential but highly regarded)
- Australian Citizenship or Australian Working Visa with No Restrictions
- Australian Drivers Licence & Reliable Car
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Police Clearance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Above award remuneration
- Supplies to support the role, including a smart phone and laptop
- Use of a company vehicle during working hours
- Training opportunities for further learning & development
