Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive clinical care to residents, including assessing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote resident independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including progress notes and medication administration.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant health authority.
- A minimum of 6 months' experience working as a Registered Nurse, preferably in an aged care setting.
- Strong leadership skills, enabling effective engagement at all levels with clarity and empathy.
- Proficiency in IT, including AHPRA registration, and up-to-date Influenza vaccination status.
