Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for providing exceptional technical support? We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in rapidly responding to and resolving Level 1 IT issues for users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support technology product users by troubleshooting, maintaining user accounts, and researching answers
  • Filter help desk calls, provide basic support and troubleshooting
  • Deliver positive customer experiences through timely and effective resolutions
  • Contribute to the development of client training programs

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Patience, understanding, and relationship management skills
  • Diagnostic ability, application knowledge, and verbal communication skills
  • Relevant higher education and similar help-desk experience
