Geospatial Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Geospatial Specialist to join our organization. With 12-15 years of experience in Telecom Network Planning and Design, as well as Web GIS, Desktop, and Mobile GIS Applications Development using ESRI technology and 3GIS, the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SpatialNet.
- ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise and 3GIS Solutions implementation in Telecom is essential for this role.
- Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience in architecting large-scale enterprise GIS systems for Telecom, Government, Utility domains, and migration projects from legacy systems.
- A strong background in PostGIS, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server skills with spatial methods is required.
- The candidate will also have working knowledge of ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, and 3GIS.
- Knowledge of ESRI Utility Network is an added advantage.
Key responsibilities include architecting integration of GIS with Enterprise IT/Business Systems, writing business requirements, RFPs, RFQs, and proposals, and demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills.

To collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate geospatial solutions to stakeholders, one must possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement large-scale enterprise GIS systems for Telecom, Government, Utility domains, and migration projects from legacy systems.
- Develop and maintain spatial databases using PostGIS, MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server.
- Implement ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise and 3GIS Solutions in Telecom.
- Design and develop Web GIS, Desktop, and Mobile GIS Applications using ESRI technology and 3GIS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate geospatial solutions to stakeholders.
