With the property market in SEQ experiencing unprecedented growth, we are partnering with numerous urban development consultancies eager to expand their teams to meet this demand.

This role offers the chance to work on a variety of exciting urban development projects, contributing to the booming growth in Queensland. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and support junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design residential and industrial urban development projects in South East Queensland/Australia.
  • Utilise your well-developed design skills and practical experience with 12D (preferred), Civil3D, and AutoCAD.
  • Apply your knowledge in Stormwater Drainage, Minor Earthworks, Road Design, and more.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Substantial experience in urban development design.
  • Proficiency in 12D software (preferred) or Civil3D, and AutoCAD.
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering (completed or in progress).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
