Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a leader to manage our vibrant venue in Burleigh Heads.

About the Role

You will be a natural leader with experience in hospitality or retail management, able to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead your team by example, recruiting, training, and inspiring them to grow
  • Manage daily inventory and stock, ensuring a safe work environment that meets all health and safety standards
  • Monitor key metrics such as labour costs and COGs, taking ownership of the venue's performance and financial responsibility
