  • Clinical Support: Collaborate with healthcare institutions and surgical teams to facilitate successful integration into clinical practice and offer on-site support during surgical procedures.
  • Educational Support: Conduct educational programs, workshops, and presentations to increase awareness and understanding of our solutions within the medical community.
  • Clinical Research Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals to facilitate clinical research projects and studies using our robotic systems.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, and clinical teams to understand their needs and gather feedback.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, Allied Health, or a related field; advanced degree is an asset.
  • Previous experience with robotic surgical systems is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a healthcare or operating room environment.
  • Experience in Robotic/Urology Surgery.
