Key Responsibilities:

As a Guidewire Technical Lead at Cognizant, you will lead the implementation and development of Guidewire solutions for the world's leading companies. Your primary focus will be on driving business growth, improving customer experience, and enhancing operational efficiency by leveraging Guidewire's cutting-edge technology.

Key Skills:

Must have hands-on experience in Guidewire, Java, Node JS, Graph QL, and web services. Must have experience in writing unit tests and increasing code coverage. Must have experience in practicing business-driven development techniques and analyzing requirements for implementing Guidewire solutions. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

What You'll Achieve:

As a Technical Lead, you will participate in business workshops, provide solutions on technical changes, and estimate work effort. You will also review code changes, share technical inputs, and complete design, development, and deployment of Guidewire solutions. Your expertise will help establish best practices and guidelines for development, ensuring the team adheres to them. You will mentor and help other technical developers, coordinate integration testing, and participate in defect triage meetings. Additionally, you will create knowledge base documents and hand over changes to the production support team.

Requirements:

Candidate should have 6+ years of experience in Guidewire, Core Java, REST API technologies, and web services technologies. Candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience in Guidewire and good P&C insurance experience. Strong leadership and technical skills are essential for success in this role.
