Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead engaging classes for up to 10 children, ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
  • Demonstrate and teach various skills effectively, utilizing your expertise in trampolining, gymnastics, G-tramp, parkour, or cheerleading.
  • Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress, providing regular updates and feedback.
  • Work flexible shifts, including weekdays, weekends, school holidays, and public holidays, adapting to the needs of the business.
  • Liaise effectively with owners, managers, and supervisors to ensure seamless operations and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Perform general arena duties, contributing to the overall success of the team.

You must possess:

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in coaching children, preferably in trampolining, gymnastics, G-tramp, parkour, or cheerleading.
  • Certification of your experience and levels, demonstrating your expertise and qualifications.
  • A positive and outgoing attitude towards customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • The capacity to coach safely within your abilities, prioritizing the well-being of the children.
  • The ability to perform each skill and coach children effectively, delivering fun and engaging classes.
  • The ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with parents, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • A can-do attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction, consistently delivering high-quality results.
