The Nutrien Ag Solutions Livestock Career Development Program is a 24-month program designed for top talent to gain valuable experience in all aspects of the Livestock industry. The program provides the skills and training needed to be a future leader or technical expert within the industry.

- Placement Mobility: Once the program concludes, you may be required to or have the opportunity to move locations to ensure you get the most out of your experience.

- Livestock Skills: Gain expertise in next generation stock and station agency skills, livestock productivity, animal health and nutrition, auctions, wool technical and market requirements, and emerging technology.
- Strong Desire to Learn: A passion for learning and succeeding in the Livestock industry.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills: Strong negotiation abilities and excellent customer service skills.
- Work Experience: Successful completion of Year 12 and a minimum of 24 months of work experience in the Agricultural industry, ideally within Livestock.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate at the conclusion or throughout the program.
- Citizenship: Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or Australian permanent resident.
- Teamwork: Ability to work in a team environment.
- Leadership Potential: Willingness to learn, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and leadership potential.
