Job Title: Salesforce Functional Analyst

The role of a Salesforce Functional Analyst is crucial in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical delivery. This position ensures that scalable, compliant, and high-performing Salesforce solutions are designed and implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Translation of Business Needs: Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and solution designs.
  • Domain Expertise: Conduct workshops and interviews with domain experts to align Salesforce capabilities with industry-specific needs.
  • Liaison Role: Function as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Solution Design: Design and configure solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, including clients/household/related data models, and financial account structures.
  • Marketing Cloud Integration: Leverage Marketing Cloud for customer journey mapping, campaign automation, and personalized communications.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks in solution design.
  • Technical Specifications: Collaborate with Salesforce developers and architects to define technical specifications and integration patterns.
  • API Development: Support the design and implementation of MuleSoft APIs for seamless integration with core systems.
  • Data Migration: Conduct impact analysis and data mapping for legacy system migration.
  • Testing and Validation: Test and validate data integrity and system behaviour across integrated platforms.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation including solution designs, configuration guides, and integration specifications.
  • Change Management: Support change management and release planning processes.
