Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to design and deliver comprehensive Salesforce solutions that meet client needs while ensuring scalability, performance, and long-term success.

This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, integrations, and architecture best practices. You will work closely with business stakeholders, consultants, and development teams to define requirements, create solution roadmaps, and oversee seamless integrations with third-party platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design & Architecture: Develop scalable, efficient, and customised Salesforce solutions to meet client requirements. Provide architecture artefacts, technical roadmaps, and documentation for transformation initiatives.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication: Partner with business stakeholders, consultants, and developers to align on project goals. Communicate technical solutions in clear terms to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor junior team members and guide development teams to ensure high-quality output. Participate as a mentor in the company's mentorship program and deliver at least 3
