Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our high-performing team in delivering critical projects for the resources sector.

The successful candidate will manage and deliver projects ensuring alignment between client scope and project delivery, drive strong relationships, technical excellence, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Managing elements of client contracts with a focus on scope, supply, and specifications.
  • Preparing and issuing technical and commercial project documents.
  • Coordinating document control and logistics activities.
  • Supporting design, procurement, fabrication, and scheduling activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements across project delivery.
  • Maintaining costs, risks, and reporting progress against targets.
  • Participating in project reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Engineering (or equivalent) and 5+ years' experience in project management or related roles.
  • Background in mineral processing, vibrating screens, or heavy equipment preferred.
  • Ability to edit/update AutoCAD drawings (Inventor experience beneficial).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and exposure to enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
  • Excellent communication, client engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong planning, organisation, and time management capability.
  • A proactive, detail-focused approach and ability to thrive under pressure in a multinational team environment.
