At Williams Sonoma, we are on the lookout for a talented individual to join our team as a Design Specialist.

We are a multi-channel specialty retailer of high-quality products for the home. Our stores offer an extensive range of stylish and functional items that cater to diverse tastes and preferences.

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through expert design advice and guidance. As a Design Specialist, you will work closely with customers to understand their design requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.

You will be working in a dynamic retail environment where no two days are the same. Your ability to think creatively and work effectively under pressure will be essential in driving sales and achieving targets.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers. You will also have a keen eye for detail and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and product ranges.
