Civil Construction Project Lead

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing project risk, quality, and progress to meet established standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead delivery phases for multiple projects as per valid contracts.
- Negotiate project matters with customers.
- Plan and manage resources for timely production and delivery of reinforcement materials.
- Submit regular reports on project status, financial position, progress, technical, and commercial issues.
- Conduct root cause investigations and provide feedback for error rectification and improvement opportunities.
You will be passionate about the building industry and have previous experience in civil construction projects.
Requirements:- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in Project Management or similar roles within the commercial/civil construction/steel reinforcing industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in forecasting and controlling project budgets.
- Advanced knowledge of reinforcement drawings and ability to interpret drawings.
- Knowledge and understanding of Australian Standards and key construction system techniques.
This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
