Digital Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Digital Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our digital delivery team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex ICT engineering issues and identifying solutions within an agile methodology.
You will work closely with project managers, senior team members, and subject matter experts to deliver high-level and detailed systems engineering designs, research and present solution development activities, and apply Defence ICT standards and architecture roadmaps for application design, integration, platforms, and Cyber principles.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the shaping, delivering, and sustaining of the Single Information Environment (SIE) for Defence.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience in ICT solutions design, solutions architecture, software engineering, and systems integration.
- Skills in application design, system integration of modern ICT platforms and applications, and designing application features to meet performance and security standards.
- Ability to work within cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with a broad range of stakeholders.
This role offers a competitive salary, plus an additional remuneration benefit known as the Building Defence Capability Payment (BDCP), which provides a premium for positions critical to Defence capability.
