About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team in the Mornington area. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based therapeutic supports to clients in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a caseload and delivering speech pathology services to clients in schools, homes, and the broader community
  • Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client
  • Assessing clients' communication and/or swallowing level of function and capacity using clinical observations and standardised assessments
  • Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations and to promote independence
About You

We are looking for a positive, can-do approach and mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and their support networks to make a real and lasting difference.

Key requirements include:

  • Degree qualified Speech Pathologist
  • Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
  • Ability to maintain consistent and regular contact with all stakeholders
  • Current driver licence and own reliable vehicle
