We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our cleaning team as a Night Shift Cleaner. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, yet also values the importance of teamwork.

As a Night Shift Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that our factory's food production areas are clean and meet our high standards of quality. Your duties will include:

  • Cleaning floors, walls, conveyors, machinery, trays, racks, and other equipment in the factory
  • Delivering exceptional quality and results each night, with a focus on detailed cleaning rather than spot cleaning
  • Handling cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Monitoring chemical usage and ensuring adherence to PPE and chemical handling procedures
  • Previous experience operating scissor lifts or forklifts may be advantageous

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to work in cooler temperatures, with our factory maintaining an average temperature of 8 degrees Celsius
  • A great eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality
  • The ability to work autonomously, but also effectively as part of a diverse team
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry would be advantageous
