Social Impact Programs Coordinator RoleOur organization is dedicated to creating a more playful world through tennis.We aim to inspire brighter futures for disadvantaged children and young people by providing opportunities through tennis.The Australian Tennis Foundation supports the delivery of ATF programs, ensuring operational excellence and measurable community impact outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Program Design and Delivery: Ensure strategic impact and efficient management of funding for ATF grant programs.
  • Leading Operational Delivery: Manage partnerships and stakeholders, budgets, and project plans for ATF programs.
  • Grant Administration: Provide templates, ensure compliance with reporting requirements, and collate project data for outcome reporting and reconciliations.
  • Communications Coordination: Develop and schedule social media content for ATF channels and Tennis Australia website.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Operational program support in sports or non-profit sectors.
  • Grant Administration: Demonstrated experience in funding program processes.
  • Project Management: Strong skills in developing and monitoring project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Data Collection: Experience in collecting, collating, and basic data analysis for impact reporting.
  • Digital Content: Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and basic digital content management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
