About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Venue Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our centre. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans that engage our centre's stakeholders and deliver outstanding results.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring visitor and employee safety through effective planning and oversight of policies, processes, and procedures. You will also coach leaders to deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) through engagement, performance planning, and individual development plans.

As a high-performance culture leader, you will foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence. Your goal will be to achieve budgeted performance targets and maintain a high-value relationship with our local partners.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in managing or leading leisure or aquatic facilities. You should possess highly developed communication skills with win-win negotiation outcomes and sound knowledge of health and safety legislation.

You will also be responsible for planning and execution of operational, financial, and people plans. A Certificate in CPR, First Aid Level 2, National Police Check, Working with Vulnerable People, and legal working rights in Australia are essential requirements for this position.

Prior experience in sales, financial, and risk management will be highly beneficial in driving the centre's overall success.
