Drive Business Growth and Tackle Food Waste

In today’s fast-paced world, the fight against food waste is more pressing than ever. As a seasoned professional with a passion for relationship management and tackling social issues, you have a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Head of Key Accounts.

This pivotal role will see you lead a senior team of experienced enterprise sales experts in driving business growth and optimizing key account operations to deliver maximum impact. You will be responsible for partnering with new Grocery & Foodservice chains, building strong relationships, and developing strategic plans to achieve results.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in working with consumer retail key accounts, excellent commercial acumen, and outstanding leadership capabilities. With a proven track record of delivering results through high-performing teams, you will empower your team members to drive success and take ownership of their work.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional who can create and deliver high-impact pitches, build rapport with stakeholders, and negotiate effectively to secure deals. If you are a master communicator with excellent organizational skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of senior sales professionals to drive business growth and optimize key account operations.
  • Develop strategic plans to achieve results with potential partners.
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and negotiate effectively to secure deals.

  • Empower team members to take ownership of their work and deliver results.

Requirements:

  • Solid commercial and network experience working in the supermarket/grocery/technology sector or in foodservice/restaurant sector.
  • Experience working with enterprise-sized customers is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership capabilities and a proven track record of delivering results through high-performing teams.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
