Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to lead our affiliate strategy and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimise Affiliate campaigns to drive revenue growth, leveraging industry trends and best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers and platforms through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Set up promotions and ensure timely execution of campaign activities.
  • Analyse performance data and generate reports on campaign activity, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Deliver end-of-month summaries and assist in problem-solving/troubleshooting implementation issues.
Day-to-Day Activities

Execute the Affiliates channel across a range of ecommerce clients, including uploading offers to platforms, negotiating and maintaining relationships with partners, coordinating campaign activity, analysing performance, generating reports, and delivering end-of-month summaries.

Collaborate with the Senior Management team to develop a comprehensive affiliate product offering aligned with industry standards.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to improve client performance and exceed KPIs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in Affiliate Management, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
