Key Responsibilities
  1. Proactively engage with potential customers, both in-person and through various sales channels, to identify their needs and offer tailored RV solutions
  2. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-purchase support
  3. Maintain a strong understanding of our product range, features, and benefits to effectively educate and inform customers
  4. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies
  5. Achieve and exceed individual and team-based sales targets through effective lead generation and closing techniques
  6. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to continuously enhance your sales skills and industry knowledge
Requirements
  1. Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the recreational vehicle or automotive industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  3. Demonstrated consultative selling abilities, with a focus on understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
  4. Passion for the RV lifestyle and a deep understanding of the products, features, and benefits
  5. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset
  6. Proficiency in using sales-related software and technology tools
  7. A valid driver's licence and the ability to participate in occasional weekend and evening shifts
