Healthcare Agency Business Leader
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to drive the growth of our healthcare agency business in the Northern Territory. Based in Darwin, you will lead a team of recruitment and workforce consultants to elevate our business while ensuring exceptional service delivery to healthcare facilities across the region.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will balance people leadership, business development, and operational excellence to make a genuine impact in a unique and fast-growing market.
Lead, inspire and develop a team of recruitment and workforce consultants.
Build and grow strong relationships with healthcare facilities and clients across the NT.
Oversee workforce planning to ensure shift fulfillment and client satisfaction.
Drive business development strategies to expand our footprint in the region.
Monitor performance, KPIs, and operational compliance, ensuring service excellence.
You're a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building teams and client partnerships. You bring experience in recruitment, business development, or healthcare operations, with a knack for problem-solving and delivering outcomes. Your communication skills and ability to inspire others will be key to your success. If you have knowledge of healthcare, nursing, or aged care, it's an added advantage.
