  • Work with a broader range of clients, encompassing different types and ages
  • Independently complete AT assessments and reports for specialized AT services
  • Effectively supervise PT and AHA students in the clinic setting
  • Offer opportunities for new graduates to observe and learn
  • Participate in MDT training and workshops to enhance clinical skills
  • Develop expertise in specific clinical areas through focused development
  • Mentor and supervise physios and new graduate physios, fostering growth and advancement
