Disability Support Professional Opportunity

About the Role:

  • Support individuals with daily living activities, social participation, and personal care.
  • Assist with meal preparation, light cleaning, and household tasks.
  • Encourage and support social outings, community access, and companionship.
  • Report and document progress in a professional, timely manner.
  • Work alongside families, care coordinators, and allied health professionals.
  • Follow safety standards and NDIS practice guidelines at all times.

What We're Looking For:

  • A reliable and compassionate individual with the right qualifications and attitude.
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or Community Services.
  • Experience supporting older people or people with disability.
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
  • Manual Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
  • Medication competency.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • National Police Check.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module & Induction Modules (can be completed online).
  • Own reliable vehicle, valid driver's licence, and comprehensive car insurance.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Minimum availability of 3 weekdays.
