Job Role Overview:

This is a highly impactful role that oversees the quality function, driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and strategic alignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless project execution, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, and leading high-performing teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Execute technical and functional responsibilities related to Quality support activities on project assignments and administrative functions.

Communicate effectively at all levels to maintain liaison with individuals and units within or outside the department or project structures.

Employ decision-making authority and recommendations that have a significant impact on regional or business line Quality policies and programs.

Prepare project audit schedules, discipline activity plans for the quality function, and audit reports (internal and external), noting non-conformances and verifying effective corrective action.

Assist in developing an orientation program to ensure that the project teams are familiar with the requirements of the Project Quality Plan; including other Quality matters.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

Accredited four year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and fourteen years of work-related experience.

Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.

Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.

Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

Accredited four year degree or global equivalent in engineering/technical preferred.

Advanced degree in engineering discipline/technical field, or administration area preferred.

Auditor certification by outside agency preferred.

Internal Lead Auditor certification required.

Twelve years of related Quality/project experience.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Good leadership and decision-making skills.
