Imagine a role where you can design the future of telecommunications, driving innovation and customer satisfaction.

This exciting opportunity is all about leading cross-functional squads to deliver short and longer-term initiatives that achieve strategic convergence goals.

You will be responsible for developing the digital and channel experience 'north-star' for Convergence, ensuring buy-in from key stakeholders and aligning the broader Convergence and Consumer strategies.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities, as well as presentation skills to communicate your vision.

In addition to these skills, you will require a human-centred design thinking approach, putting the people and customers first.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 6-years' experience as a Product owner or Transformation expert within a large-scale service-based, digital or Retail industry.
  • Minimum 8-years' experience in digital and/or channel strategy or operations role/s.
  • Minimum 5-years' experience working in an Agile or similar environment, managing large cross-functional teams.

A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance or similar is required, with an MBA highly desirable. Agile/PO/Customer strategy certification is also highly desirable.

Key performance indicators include delivering key Convergence KPIs as defined by the Convergence strategy.
