Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team in Wollongong, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining store presentation, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of up to 15 employees, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they meet their goals.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to maintain a high standard of store presentation.
- Maintain effective relationships with stock allocators and suppliers to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Monitor and manage store performance, including sales reports and compliance with company policies.

Demonstrated leadership experience, with a proven track record of empowering teams and driving results.A customer-focused mindset, with a deep understanding of retail fundamentals.Similar experience in a retail or hospitality role, although this is not a requirement – we value attitude and potential over experience.What We OfferIn return for your hard work and dedication, we offer:
