Job Description

This role requires a skilled professional to develop and implement initiatives that promote health and wellbeing in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop injury management strategies to prevent workplace injuries and ensure effective return-to-work processes.
  • Design and deliver training programs to empower managers and supervisors in injury reporting and management.
  • Conduct research to identify best practices in wellbeing initiatives and develop strategic plans to drive WHS improvements.
  • Analyse data to inform strategic decisions and stay up-to-date with changes in workers' compensation and WHS laws.
  • Plan and implement wellbeing and injury management initiatives to improve worker outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Accreditation: NSW Workover Advanced RTW Coordinator (can be obtained after commencing in the role).
  • Education: Degree in Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy or Health and Rehabilitation.
  • Experience: Proven track record in developing rehabilitation and education programs.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of health and wellbeing.
  • Skills: Strong investigative and mentoring abilities.
