**Job Title:** Restaurant Operations Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including menu planning, staff training, and maintenance of high standards of food quality and presentation.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Develop and implement new menus and recipes in collaboration with the Executive Chef
  2. Train and develop staff skills and knowledge to ensure consistency and excellence
  3. Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control
  4. Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management and scheduling

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a chef or kitchen manager in a similar environment
  • Proven track record of success in menu development and implementation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
