Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and inspiring the team
  • Ensuring compliance with all external bodies
  • Supporting the achievement of set financial targets
  • Stock control and management
  • Ensuring front-of-house ambiance and appearance are appropriate at all times
  • Staff management, including rostering, training, and performance management
  • Coordination, execution, and evaluation of promotions
  • Managing venue auditing and compliance requirements
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in hospitality management
  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG)
  • Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence
  • Food Handlers Certificate
  • TAB Compliance
  • Energetic and positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
