In-House Legal Counsel

We are seeking a skilled Legal Professional to join our in-house legal team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice and support across various projects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply laws and regulations effectively. They should also possess strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Assist project teams on rule changes and reviews.
- Provide legal advice and perspectives to support decision-making on policy matters.
- Support governance and operational functions of the organization.
- Conduct legal reviews of briefings and decision-making documents to ensure compliance.
- Deliver broader in-house legal support, including procurement, policies and procedures, audit and risk, and compliance programs.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in law.
- Ability to interpret and apply laws and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
